That is pretty creative like Tiggergirl22 said. There's a lot of cliched lines in there though which detracts from the poem a little. Perhaps if you tried to use lines you've never heard before. Love is like a battlefield? That's been said try saying it another way. Stuff like that, but totally unique nonetheless.
