    and I am a writer
    I can write you a story
    of what I feel
    of what I see
    of what I live for
    anything that comes out of me

    The paper is my canvas
    i am the artist
    but my tools are nothing
    other than a pen and paper
    i create art that is abstract
    yet anyone can tell anyway
    you don't have to be smart
    just be read it and feel

    A poem is what it is
    you see what you get
    and you find what you think
    believe in what you choose
    recorded in your heart
    written on your mind
    with values priced by your feelings

    A poem is not graded
    priced because of its looks
    or how much is written
    its values are blank
    could be worth anything
    yet the price is shown only in your head
    but the real price is weighed by passion
    so its value is unknown only to the writer

    A poem does what it does
    lifeless to the ignorants
    lively to the interested
    powered by passion
    driven by inspiration
    the best definition
    with bad or good intention
