• Water in the well,
    Left untouched for several years,
    Remains clear and pure when everything else has been tainted,
    The remains of the walls that surrounded it lay as rubble all around,
    The grass has overgrown the path,
    The trees have fallen down,
    It’s been a hundred years since the people left this little piece of earth,
    And all that remains as proof is the pure untainted well,
    Small shimmers of gold can be seen at the bottom,
    Left their to remember the wish that one boy made,
    That’s the only thing left behind to show a humans faith…
