Anger.

"How hard is it to understand my anger
An anger that is buried so deep inside
that no one can break through
an emotion that flames up into a million peices
so unexpected
yet painfull to those who surround me

yet when my anger disappears all thats left is regret and
a moment that should never have happened.

A moment that i wish to take back
all the hurtful words i've said
and all my actions could mean nothin yet i know that
it will remain unchanged
for our minds are willing to forget but our hearts our not.
Untill then,
Our hearts will remain broken."
