With a fake look of alarm

Maybe if I'm blinded
I'll never know the truth

Is telling me, to hurt me
Really worth my tears?
Or is it just your guilt
That only you would hear

She was my friend
The one I gave my secrets to
Was all this acting just pretend,
Is this how most relationships end?

I rather liked being in the dark
Knowing splits our world apart
Nothing will ever be the same,
So lie to me for the trust to remain.

Keep on smiling so innocently

today i learned that the boy i loved so much and base my poems and drawing after has benn calling me bad names to others. I really care about him but it hurts when he does stuff like that and then he tells me that he loves me and says the only reason he did that was because he had to. I tottaly understand this poem and it's so true. sigh, these issues are so heartbreaking.
