• Our laughs, my sigh.
    Our sadness, your hate.
But why can't I get past summer 08?

    You're older now,
    As you can see,
But why do I still believe in you and me?

    Things really started,
    Earier that year.
    In seat six,
    That brought us here.

    Then we had,
    To split apart.
    Which destroyed,
    My aching heart.

    We began to watch movies
    with childish themes,
    And ended with touch,
    Moans and screams.

Then there was my big chance,
    Or ours I should say,
But that guy kept looking back,
    ruining our day.

    That didn't stop us,
    'Cause we perservere
    So I called my mom,
    And sounded sincere.

    Our passion our lust,
    We couldn't wait to explore.
    So we raced and stumbled
    Into your front door.

    I knew what I wanted
    And I couldn't wait.
    And I knew that you
    Wanted the exact same fate.

    The first time was awkward
    But nothing to shame.
    Because we are novices
    At this new game.
