Tick-Tock,
The clock strikes twelve,
The hours set,
And minutes unattained,
Time is just out of a futile grasp,
This is what one man hopes to gain,
While another curses,
Tick-Tock,
Time is up,
Seconds slow down,
At the toll of the awaited end.
