That third line, "That is like a swelling your throat," seems a tad off. Other than a few other various grammar issues, and I'm not quite sure, but I recall that the only time two different punctuation at the end of a line should be used is an exclamation point, and a question mark. So the use of a question mark, and a comma after many of these seems to irk me a bit. Other than that, I rather enjoy this, 4/5.
