All the memories from my horrible past
Are fading away really quite fast
With you by my side, I'm raising my pride
Slowly, carefully maybe one day
Confident i'll truly be
You see, you make my heart flutter
And my words come out in a stutter
A smile on my face, I close my eyes and pace.
Thinking happily 'could I have really found my place?'
Not a tear is anymore shed, as the fear I once had,
Fled away
Its hopes shattered and sad
Maybe this world isn't quite so bad.

Yeah! It sounds like your were lost once and had a painful past but now you've found some one and with him you have found your place in life! Like your feeling alive for the first time!

I LOVE IT! I like how this song/poem is bright. Because most songs are about dark times. This was a hard poem/lyrics to make. Because life is not so bad. We are living. I also like this because it makes you think. In a good way. Why we live. Why we speak. Its all for great res sons. Because you are you and me is me! And no matter what, things will always have a brighter side!
