If I died tomorrow,
I'd leave my family behind.
My friends would mourn at my funeral,
But others probably wouldn't mind.
If I died tomorrow,
I'd do everything the day before.
I would accomplish all of my dreams,
After going to my favorite store.
If I died tomorrow,
I'd confess everything I've ever done.
From things that were right and things that were wrong,
I'd confess to everybody, one by one.
If I died tomorrow,
I'd stay up late.
I'd be thinking about everything,
And feeling anything but hate.

Description:
Well, in response to my Jackie Robinson Rap/Poem, I've been told that I should submit some more of my works to the arenas.
This is just this simple, freeloading writing assignment my teacher made us do. Pay no mind to its simpleness for it wasn't for a serious grade.
"If I Died Tomorrow" is a poem in the (as my teacher puts it) "If I..." poem format.
Once again, don't critisize me if its bad because my teacher made us write the poems this way. - Date: 06/03/2009

- This is well written and beautiful. I understood it completely, and I'd probably be in the same...oh, what's the word? Oh, I'd have the same mentality if such a thing were to occur. 5/5

Hey, just to make things clear:
When I say "But others probably wouldn't mind," I was referring to one of my worries on my below-average social status. Think of it as a personal worry/problem in my life. - Report As Spam
