I am a bird within a steel cage

For I am always now stuck in a rage

He clipped my wings and fractured my life

And threw me away, in a moments strife


Cuts and bruises are all i get

Torment and suffering is all I recieve

I can never forget, but yet can't forgive

Oh! Will someone, please let me out of this cage...
