How alone are we,
In this place of dark and light,
Where the stars shine upon us,
Ever so bright.
Where life is in little number,
But also in great,
We think to ourselves,
Our life is not a mistake.
For we all have a purpose,
This is ever so true,
Whether it is to be a great person,
Or be a puzzle-solving clue.
But be wary my friends,
For we hold our own fate,
In this little world,
Of which is our great estate.

- I like it. It has a nice rhythm to it, if the second stanza rhymed as well the entire poem might flow a little better. I like the little message it puts across. *thumbs up*

I love this.

Probably the best poem I've read that was trying to convey that thought.
