    The feeling you get when you’re being belittled
    A feeling which grows deep within the soul
    Most think once the belittlement it though the sensation goes away
    But it sits at the pit of your stomach
    It begins to feed off of every negative emotion
    Every mistake every trip or stumble
    It grows
    Becoming over whelming
    Overbearingly painful
    That small belittling feeling has grown
    A time when the thought of getting though hard times needed only a small stay strong
    Now spirals out of control and ends in a puddle of tears
    Even a simple cut
    Turns thoughts from “I’d better watch out next time”
    To “How can I be so clumsy and stupid.”
