Dance with me?
I've already memorized,
The way you smile,
And the way you say my name,
I love how your hair,
Looks when it's wet with,
Rain with those tears,
Falling down your face,
Because you think you look,
Like a disgrace, but in the moonlight,
In the sunlight you look beautiful,
And beautiful i'm in love with you,
You're my shiny new toy, with
Our first kiss that sends shivers,
Down my spine.
You're alone and you're waiting,
For me to call, but I think you know,
That beautiful, I won't call at all.

It's written in a kind of sporadic, 'jumpy' way that seems to flash back and forth without stops or pauses until the last stanze which sums us the feeling you get when you realise this isn't love and watch the other person wallow in their own confusion with a degree of cruelty. Or a reversal where the other person watches you in your carcrash state and writes you off.
Its out of place structure and eerily naive tone is the whole point. - Report As Spam

- I dunno, I added it, to be out of place so that people could see that there was something wrong with this 'love'.

- I like all but the part were you said it's a new shiny toy. It just doesn't... seem to fit.

Whoa...
This reminded me of every crush I've ever had and last year....
It captures infatuation efortlessly, perfectly.
