In the silence
does the mind find peace
in the serenity of peace
does the body find rest

within rest
does the soul halt its angry stirring
and when the soul calms its stirring
does the heart begin to heal

And when the heart begins to heal
so does man find the light again
And with the light shining the way
does man find his or her path back to sanity

and it all begins in silence.....
