Watching your breath slow
knowing you have to go
quietly saying good-byes
you say Ilove you just with your eyes.
I hope the stories are true
and say I'll see you.
I'll find you behind the pearly gates
somday when I'm also in that better place.
That day may not be soon
but i'll get there somday too.
So good-bye
and remember i love you

Astounding I love it. It captures the imagery and emotion of a farewell song, and the dance of saying good bye that takes so long. I hope to hear more of your poetic dreams write more with your feelings and and put it in the songs you sing.
