Looking out the classroom window,
the sky appears to be turning gray.
But yet, little did we know
a blustery storm was on it's way.
The children wow'd and whoa'd
at this 'beatiful' day,
yet the teachers whined and crowed,
sure that traffic was on its way.
The phone rang, and then followed a 'hurray'
school was out, on this snowey day.
