• Deep sorrows engulfs my being
    tearing ruthlessly through my pages
scream, and banish them unto the fire
watching them ashen and vanish to unknow smolder
The flames lick at my face
banishing with my works, my tears
    Tears of rage and sorrow
smother the flames with my feet, bare as my soul
    leaving painful blisters and burns
and I lay in my room, consumed with stupidity, and regret
As lifeless and worthless as the poetry I've written
