The flower is always
a symbol of love...
but in my eyes
its a symbol of pain
flowers sit there
the whole say with
the sun beating
down on it
and maybe a cloud
once in a while
when the dark clouds come
the flower crys
for all the pain that
the sun has given it
they say flowers shine in
the rain, but all they do is
cry...
you dont see it
because you will never
see the ammount of pain
a flower will have
that is why
i am a flower

I don't totally get it, but it is good. 4/5 I like the emotion, which some people can't express very well. Keep writing!

Alright, first and foremost, your friends are biased. =/ Sorry, but you didn't even spell 'cries' or 'amount' correctly. There's nary a punctuation mark besides the ellipse, which doesn't make it much more than a run-on sentence. No capitalization, nothing. You do get points for actually separating the lines, however. At least you did that. I know that you can do much better, so please put forth more effort and use spell and check. =/
