have you ever lived,
loved,
cried,
hugged,
faked,
shrugged,
left yourself vulnerable like a beetle stuck in mud?

have you ever left you only friend and tried to make an alliance with the others?

have you ever questioned your friend's behavior?
talked them out of doing drugs,
or sat and watched them take their trip?

have you ever really known,
really known what you have shown,
do you know your own best friend?


if you say yes you are lying,
how can you really know your 'best friend' when you dont even know yourself?
