A Lonely Life

• Description: Poetry is something I found by accident, a way for me to express how I am feeling at the moment. I have always felt like I was alone, like no one wanted to be around me, so I wrote this poem. A Lonely Life expresses how I feel about my own life, how I am not sure whom to talk to when I am sad, whom to trust, and whom to lean on. So one day, I hope to find those people. When the world is against you
What should we do?
When you are alone
Who will welcome you?

Life is a journey
One which we share.
Life is lonely
People just don't care.

Living in a world
A dark abyss
Where no one shows
Their holiness.

When one cries
Who helps them
Their so called friends
Or their enemies?

We share the same ambitions
But who do we say
Is or isn't
The one to pay.

Life is a journey
One which we hide
But when one is tired
Where do we cry?

It's time to move on
Hoping to find someone
That will help you in this journey
And one to lean on!
