• My little sister.
You think you have no significance,
    But you shine.
When you smile, the stars twirl and sing.
You are so beautiful, you bring life to everything.

I remember when we were young, how you would tell me stories of danger and dare.
I'd nod my head as you, as you captured me with your green eyes
Dancing Emerald pools encircled by an oak brown.
When the Sun shines, you skin resembles the color of darkened honey, sweet, just like you
How the streaks of gold would emerge from your light brown curls.
I'd laugh at you because they looked like curly fries
We'd argue about it, then you'd laugh when I ask you how curly is mine.

I'm still quite jealous, this I have to admit.
Your looks are so striking to mom's, I'd confuse the two if I didn't know better
And for now, I'll keep these thoughts to myself
    While you rest,
    While you sleep,
    While you dream,

And I'll wonder if you're dreaming of me.
