    Celia is one of the most educated persons under Kruger's employ and is an excellent tactician. While never having gone though medical school, she has enough knowledge to earn her multiple PHD's.<br />

    Advanced Knowledge of the Human Body:<br />
    With her vast medical intelligance Celia knows the many weak spots, pressure points, and arteries of the human body, allowing her to severely cripple her opponents with a well aimed strike.<br />

    Expert Marksman:<br />
    Celia is familiar with various gun models and is an excellent shot. She carries two custom automatic RUGER SR22 pistols on her person at all times, and an ammo pouch strapped to her thigh.<br />

    Hand to Hand combat:<br />
    Under Kruger's training Celia has become a master of Krav Maga, a fighting style most commonly used by the CIA, US Black Ops, and the Israeli Military.<br />

    There is no denying that Celia has a very physically appealing body, using it to distract foes in combat (Though it doesn't always work) and manipulate those with weak wills into doing her bidding.<br />
