    Captain of the 12th Division in the Gotei 13 and president of the Shinigami Research Institute.<br />
    <br />
    Appearance:<br />
    <br />
    While in the Soul Society he wears the clasic Shihakushō with his long sleeve Captain Haori over top. He also wears a pair of fingerless gloves seeing as he prefers to fight with his bare hands over drawing his sword.<br />
    <br />
    While in a Gigai he is known to walk around in a Leather Jacket with a Tank Top on underneath as well as the same fingerless gloves he always wears.<br />
    <br />
    Zanpakuto:<br />
    <br />
    Raijin(雷神, Thunder God) takes the form of a tachi, a katana with a larger curve hung from the belt rather than tucked underneath it. The hilt is wraped with red and black Ito in a traditional diamond pattern that also continues down part of the sheath. The guard has a golden dragon on both sides witch curves its way around the faces of the guard. It also has a few other golden features such as the pommel and various features on the sheath.<br />
