- Description: Sometimes during the most cold of days, some say they see a dragon made of ice fly through the sky. Only a few have caught a glimpse of someone riding on its back. People have theorized from all of the encounters that the rider is female and seems to have control over ice. They say she creates the dragon as a means of travel. Now, if she and her dragon are spotted, that means the winter is going to be harsh.
