- Description: Born of Hiorvard and Sigrlinn, a nameless warrior encountered a beautiful Valkyrie by the name, Svava. From their love she alone gave him the name, Helgi. Helgi and Svava married, but Hedin, Helgi's half-brother, desired Svava for himself, and in a duel, Helgi was mortally wounded. Helgi told Svava with his dying breath that she should marry Hedin. His wife rejected Helgi's proposal. Svava instead died with Helgi, unable to accept a fate with Hedin. They were both later reincarnated.
