- Description: Isis is a soft spoken witch of the frost. Her duty is to help bring the October and November frost. But she also loves to make icicles and thin sheets of ice on puddles. She is often found in the early morning and late evening. However someday Isis would love to become a full fledged Ice Witch. Why? So she can make it snow of course. But until then Isis happily and willingly brings the frost.
