Hmm.. The avatar looks otherwise rather nice, but the red arm tattoos and the red eyes pop out, as the avatar has many shades of black /überdark blue. I'd suggest either adding more small red details or making the blacks more matching. It's just because when there is red, black AND dark blue, it looks a bit odd. Also the kunai isn't needed there.
I like it overall. A fine job you've done, if you ask me.
4/5, because things could be done better, but it is very nice.
