- I can understand the background may be symbolic for her "eternal darkness" but I think it takes away from the avatar's beauty rather than giving something to it.

She's looking pretty neat, but I think you face 2 dilemmas:
1. The wolf is an odd shade of blue, that doesn't quite fit in your avi
2. If it were taken out, I think you would still need something put there.
