Wheee! My first submission
I present to you all, inspired by my cosplay for Tora-con and Anime Expo 2008, Miss Seras Victoria, of Hellsing Fame! :D

For those of you who don't know Hellsing, Seras was a police officer who was killed in the line of duty by the Nosferatu Alucard (you know, Dracula...) who was exterminating ghouls.
Of course, just to be a pain, Alucard brought Seras back to some sembl - Date: 03/02/2008
