This ice girl has yet to fully grow out her wings. Her halo's there, but that is as far as she has gotten. She sometimes gets ridiculed by others, so she has to defend herself. That is the purpose of this whip....she's had some bad experiences in the past (hence the eye patch).
Instead of wearing white like the other queens would, she wears black, keeping a wall around herself, truly making her isolated.

Cute, unique, like the theme. I just think it's
missing something... Maybe if you changed the
skirt and the boots, perhaps into something a bit
