This is an updated version of an outfit I made right after the ice tiara came out. This version's a bit sleeker and more futuristic. I envision it as a sort of elite elemental warrior.
My entry's named after a Black Sabbath song, so in case I need to bust out some wailing riffs, I've got a badass guitar on my back.
