I like it.. nice and cool feeling.
you might
consider a pixie in the background, or the jade
bracelet on one of your wrists for an added splash
of the blue green.
also, the glasses and wings
don't quite work... they're too blue i think. :/
you either need more blue or to lose the glasses
and wings, since they clash with the elemental
