- it's English voice is enchanting though, i haven't seen this guy until now, one of my favorites, can be summoned from using the special ocarina used by that one girl from the Pokemon 2000 movie.. why's it called Pokemon 2000?….. that might confuse some people…. well it says 2 but… why 2000??

I would use something different than the Child mask. Get some killer eyes showing if you can and maybe even a mouth?
Also, I agree with the pants idea Balem had.

- I feel as though you could use a tail but the waves would cover it. So I think you did great for a lugia.

- Everything looks great, but I think some bloomers or other puffy pants would go well with the legs to give them that rounded shape and balance everything out. 4/5
