Description:
Wingull is the leader of Gaius' personal lieutenants, the "Chimeriad" note. Wingull is Gaius' right-hand man and strategical expert. He is a powerful swordsman in his own right, though in combat he switches to a violent and bloodthirsty persona! In battle he utilizes his sword, elemental powers, and Booster technology, which is implanted in his head. When in battle, he speaks the Londau language.

- Wingull? I didn't know a Tales character shared the name of a Pokemon. The cosplay is pretty cool, but I feel like you need a cape.

- The layering in the chest and the background are really amazing. Very well done - the Xillia characters are very difficult to cosplay IMO.
