- I found The Count's Vengeance to be excellent. There are so many blood splattering items, but some are really pricey. And there are really evil looking eyes. Maybe try Assorted Contact Lens Set.

There's a perfect item that looks like an ADAM syringe ...
Little sisters also tend to be bloody, there are a few items that can give you the splattered effect.
Her eyes aren't right.
