- Decent attempt, but needs some work. She never had sleeves, and her dress was much much more stream lined and form fitting.Only had a single large ribbon in the back, which resembled wings. Pearls were used to adorn her outfit. Hair color is wrong too. Both the anime and manga depicted Neo Queen Serenity with blond hair. Also, Neo Queen Serenity never had any transformations. I thought this was Queen Serenity when I first

- Amazing gown. Without ref. you could add magic pets or items from magic world. It has many options you did not use very best. Just five for now biggrin
