- His pants and sleeves appear to be blue, not black. Other than that, it's good.

- Change the eyes, use the military starter vest, his pants are blue as is his shirt. The jacket... eh, I can see why you used it. Also, lose the glowing necklace. Great work with the hair though.

- This is a very well thought-out cosplay. Very nice item layering. But the only thing that bothers me is the mouth... I feel like, to fit Minato's personality, he should be half-frowning or have a more solemn expression. I'll give you a 5, though, since this is the best I've ever seen.
