- As I was once an avid Gaia Neptune cosplayer many years ago, I know for a fact that there is better hair, shoes and skirt. I'm pretty sure her eyes are not that size/shape, but it's relatively close...Also, she smiles...And it would make a lot more sense if the rose petals were floating. Otherwise, this was okay. 3/5

I think you should lose the Sailor top since the hair covers it, because the sleeve being there is annoying, especially since it's blue, and the skirt is teal.

I liked how you used the Angelic Lace to do the little "V" shape at the bottom of the shirt. And I think it looks pretty good, maybe change the hair and make her smile a bit, and this would be perfect!~ C:

Looks good but the hair doesn't really fit...
And on your ref she smiles a bit, you're avi doesn't.
