Fionna is a character from Adventure Time. In this scene, the Ice Queen raised ice spikes under Fionna, and that tore her dress up. The Ice Queen had previously pretended to be Prince Gumball, who Fionna has a crush on, and messed with her mind. This pissed Fionna off, so she punched the lights out of the Ice Queen.

- Also, if you're going to comment on how the eyes aren't angry, take the time to browse Gaia for an actual angry dot-eye item before you point and downgrade, because I've looked everywhere, and no such item exists.
