Sakuya Izayoi is from the Touhou game series. She serves her master, a little vampire by the name of Remillia Scarlet. Sakuya has two main abilities; knife throwing and the slowing and stopping of time. She has many variations of official art, so I decided to use her design from her first game appearance- she has a pocket watch on her at all times, but the picture did not show one, so do not ask about that.
