- I know who this character is since you mentioned Hetalia in your comment, but next time, be sure to add a description to brief those who don't know about him. Also a reference picture, so we can compare it with how accurate this avatar is. Since neither was provided this cosplay won't do as well as it could have.

Male base might have worked better. And I don't know why, but that hair really irks me. Also: there are items that you can use as Nantucket.
As a last note, reference pictures are really usually needed for people who have no idea what you're cosplaying. 3/5
