Description:
Millia was taken into an assassin's guild at a young age. There she practiced the 6 Forbidden Magics, mainly the Sixth Hi-Deigokutsuipou, "Angra", which gives her magic hair. She eventually leaves the guild because she doesn't enjoy assassin's cruel natures. She despises one of her fellow assassin's Zato-1, and always seems to be looking for him throughout the series.

- I don't know the character but it looks pretty good! The shoes bother me a little though. It'd be cool if the Split Teal Socks could be used with female avis, but since they can't, maybe try some Thick Blue Winter Socks with the White Sweetheart Mary-Janes? It still won't get the band of black at the top of the socks but I think it would look a little better. Interesting use of the sash!
