There's no reference, but as said before it doesn't look much like the Kokeshi doll (even if it's blonde, I recall different hair). And the shoes don't match up well.
Additionally, the fan and kimono are a set with Kokeshi in the name.

- It wouldn't be a problem if she were actually cosplaying the item.. But, Kokeshi doll has pale skin (ot tan), black hair, and the kinomo doesn't fit. There could've been a lot she could've done with this.. I honestly think this should be in the Original Arenas. And, Yagisoka, if you've seen a Kokeshi item on here that looks like this, I want to see it.
