Sailor Astarte appears in a single musical and its revision as her true self, Transylvania no Mori. She first appears as a shy transfer student from Transylvania. Her civilian name is Shiba (or "Shiva") Shingetsu Astarte. Sailor Astarte calls herself "the tenth Sailor Senshi, from the other side of the sun." She is a determined and strong character in this form. Sailor Astarte's attacks are "Solomon Jihad" and "Solomon Birth".
