- Description: I got done watching the Hakuōki anime and thought of doing a avi about one of the nameless Shinsengumi Rasetsu. They tend to have silver hair and and red like glowing eyes when they change from human to Rasetsu, there is a moment in the battle where Kyoto is set on fire by the Shogunate while a all out battle happens so I thought of showing that in the background for the avi.
