Emperor Peony IX is the current emperor of the Malkuth empire in the RPG game; "Tales of the Abyss"
Peony keeps pets such as "Rappig" (takes form of a pig but has rabbit like ears) in the palace and names them after people he knows (his reason is because to him, it's easier to remember)
His best friend is the colonel of the Imperial forces of 3rd division, Jade Curtiss.
