how do people not know this is from Digimon? mon gives it away for pete's sake!
eggmund is a little harsh but you do need the wingding mask or something to cover up his face. his torso is more white than red. maybe see if any armor or armor-like item will layer with a red belt or sash? try the venus knight (hopefully that is the red one...) for shoulders? - Report As Spam

Gaia does have various sets of horns that would have finished Gallantmon's helm. I'm guessing were going based on the movie?
Consider looking for a different sheild. The lance is as close as your going to get, and the overall effect is there.
I would change the Power Ranger's feel though.
Try for a little more white.
