What's that? A Mega Man cosplay that ISN'T Mega Man? Shocker, I know! Anyway, for those of you who don't know, Splash Woman is one of the eight Robot Masters created by Dr. Light in Mega Man 9. I decided to cosplay her because:
A. She's my favorite out of the 8
B. I don't think she's overdone (I could be wrong D:)

I'm impressed by the use of the hair to make her helmet, but the dots seems like something that could have been pulled off and there are better options for the shoulder puffs.
