- This is very half-assed and relatively inaccurate. Obviously he doesn't wear goggles, but there are better hairstyles. Looks to e like he's wearing shoes, and the reference picture shows him being light-skinned.

Why can't you take the googles off? O_o
Maybe you could have thought of a way to fix that problem before submiting it. And you should add a something about him, you know? Not everyone knows enough about KHR! to understand what you're talking about (I do though. Total fan xD)
And you should try a not-so tanned skin. Remember that when he's hit with the Dying Will Bullet it has some kind of shine. And maybe change the eyes

- You should mention that the character is Tsunayoshi "Tsuna" Sawada from the anime/manga series (Katekyo Hitman) Reborn!. And the skin tone in this is a little bit too dark for Tsuna.
